1. What EasyConvert is

EasyConvert (easyconvert.video) is a browser-based file conversion tool. Conversions are performed locally on your device using WebAssembly; your files are not uploaded to our servers.

2. Free plan and Pro subscription

The free plan allows up to 5 conversions per day with files up to 1 GB. EasyConvert Pro is a subscription ($5 USD per month) that removes these limits. Limits and pricing may change; changes will not affect a billing period you have already paid for.

3. Billing

Subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy LLC, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, applicable sales tax/VAT, invoices, and billing disputes under its own terms. Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled.

4. License keys and cancellation

A Pro subscription includes a license key that can be activated on up to 3 devices/browsers. You can cancel at any time via the link in your receipt email or at Lemon Squeezy's customer portal; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have paid for, after which your license expires automatically. 5. Acceptable use

You may only convert files that you have the legal right to use and convert. You are responsible for the content of your files and for complying with applicable copyright law. Because files never reach our servers, we have no ability to view or moderate them.

6. No warranty

EasyConvert is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that conversions will be error-free, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that output files will meet your requirements. Always keep a copy of your original files.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose (or $5 if you have paid nothing).

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version will always be at easyconvert.video/terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
